Started stuffing mt burgers with a little mozerella cheese for something a little different. Fish bbqs really well, the lea and perrins lime and corinader marinade is particularily nice with salmon.

Kebabs are always a hit, satay sauce is good, chicken drumsticks, meatballs, can't think of any others off the top of my head yet but I'll come back if I do

Satay sauce

Slow fry a ton of onions until a tangle of brown.Add ginger and garlic.

Jar of peanut butter.

Ti of coconut milk

Good shake of soy (more for colour than anything else)

heat gently and stir-add water if too thick.

Very good indeed.

New potatoes, par boil, throw onto some foil and drizzle some olive oil and fresh rosemary, make into a parcel and stick on BBQ.

A whole fresh cod or haddock, drizzle in oil salt and pepper, wrap in newspaper and throw on BBQ. Gives a good smokey taste.

Not a marinade but a lovely dip is philadelphia cheese topped with sweet chilli sauce topped with freshly chopped coriander - wonderful

Honey, lemon juice and ginger makes a fab marinade.

And you have to do chocolate bananas for dessert.
Slice a banana in the middle and stick some of your fave choc in. Wrap in foil and put on BBQ.

Just have a simple bbq and no gadgets - can all these done by just chucking them straight onto the grill and crossing your fingers then?

Get big flat mushrooms, fill the gill side with either butter mushed up with chopped garlic, parsley and seasoning or blue cheese and stick on barbie, flat side down. mmm.
You can also do pitta bread - slash them part way through and spread with garlic butter, chuck on barbie.

I use olive oil a lot when cooking so really love to try these recipes, will try the fish ones too as stopped cooking fish in the house because it makes the whole house stink and your clothes.
