So I started secondary school in the 2000s and I remember being bonkers over a particular biscuit at the canteen. It wasn't anything fancy looking but I absolutely LOVED it! It was a plain sweet biscuit and I seem to remember it being like a rectangular shape. I think they were made on site as some were slightly thicker than others. I have tried to find it online and have looked at a few recipe sites but can't find anything similar.
