I made soup with the broccoli left over from dinner yesterday (threw the stalks in too, waste not and all that jazz)
But it's a little flavourless!!
I have :
Potato
Leeks
An onion
Pearl barley
Quinoa
(For some ruffage)
Veg stock
What's missing? What am i doing wrong?
I'd hate to waste it
Any ideas?
