Tasty dessert with low calories?

sosofedupnow · 21/10/2017 15:03

I eat way too much chocolate and junk and I need to cut down but I also like having something sweet for pudding and snacks.
Many ideas for something that isn't so unhealthy or full of sugar and calories?

Fruit and meringues isn’t too high cal in the grand scale of desserts.
Sorbet lower than ice cream.
Sugar free jelly

sugar free jelly is ridiculously low in calories - though on the downside it has artificial sweetner

Greek yoghurt with fresh fruit
Baked or stewed fruit with natural yoghurt or custard

Plain vanilla Ice cream with hot apple . The value ice cream is usually lower in sugar than the expensive stuff
Ben and Jerry's son of a witch (75 ca 6.5 g sugar roughly). One of these were my dessert for a year of low calorie-ing.
Tesco chocolate chip cake bar cake (110cal 6g sugar approx)
One plain chocolate biscuit (85cal 3g sugar approx) but only if you can stop at one
One or two value chocolate chip cookies (53cal roughly 3 g of sugar each)

50 cal or less
Large caramel rice cake
Mini twister ice lolly

100 cal or less
Packet of snack a jacks caramel rice cakes
Slice malt loaf
Soreen chocolate mini loaf
Light chocolate mousse
One portion of Angel Delight No Added Sugar
One packet of Butterkist Toffee Popcorn

I love the Fibre One chocolate fudge brownie bars and salted caramel bars. Less than 100 cal and available in most supermarkets.

Thank you all for the ideas, I actually just bought some angel delight a few days ago as I used to have it before when I was cutting down on rubbish.
Mi really feel like my junk eating has got out of control recently. I’m not overweight but I am wobbly so it’s time to change habits I guess which is hard

custard over rich teas:)
