Nigella's Rhubarb Meringue Pie - recipe please?

In 'Domestic Goddess' there's a recipe for Redcurrant Meringue Pie, (which is scrummy), which refers to a Rhubarb Meringue Pie in 'How to Eat'.

Could a kind person post this rhubarb recipe for me?

(I presume the ingredients/method is similar to the redcurrant one - so I only need to know the points where it differs:

250g redcurrants
30 g butter
100g caster sugar
3 tbsp orange juice
2 lge egg yolks
3 tbsp cornflour

Heat currants, butter, sugar and OJ gently 3-5 mins, take off heat and beat in yoks and cornflour.

Cook in flan case for 20 mins.

Meringue:
2 lge egg whites
120 g caste sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
Usual method.

Dollop on top and cook for 10 more mins.)

Thank you in anticipation!

Sorry I thought that I had this one but I've got the forever summer book... I'm sure that someone will be along soon though...

Hi Roisin,
As follows, although with Nigella you do tend to get a bit of an essay (which is why I love her books!)You've baked your pastry in dish already I presume, leave to cool. Meringue is same.
Rhubarb: 800g untrimmed weight, juice of half orange. Chop and put in pan with orange juice, heat briefly, drain, but keep liquid.
Mix 150g c.sugar + 2tbsps flour + 30g melted butter, add 2 egg yolks + o.juice from rhubarb, make a paste.Rhubarb in pastry case, + runny paste on top, in oven 20-30mins(200oc/gas6). Make meringue, put over top, sprinkle c.sugar over top, return to oven 15mins.Remove and leave to cool for 10mins or eat cold.
Good luck

Ok won't takelong -I started to type out the pastry bit but then realised you don't need that.
Meringue and method is the same as well, for the filling:
800g rhubarb, juice of 1/2 orange, heat briefly until rawness has gone, drain (keeping the liquid)

2 egg yolks,
150g caster sugar
2 tbsps plain flour
30g melted butter
Mix sugar, flour, butter, add beaten egg yolks and enough of the rhubarb liquid to make a smooth runny paste. Use more OJ if necessary. Put Rhubarb in case, pour eggy mixture over it, bake for 20-30 mins (until just set)
