I'm looking for interesting warm salad type recipe sources but also books (recently bought Saffron Tales and Hairy Dieters Go Veggie) so that kind of thing if possible...

This is lovely.

For good books with veg salad and veggie options I’d recommend ottolenghis plenty (plenty more is supposed to be great too but I don’t have it) and Hugh fearninglys veg everyday.

Books-wise have a look at Meera Sodha's Fresh India & Harry Eastwood A Salad for All Seasons (not just veggie but lots are).
