We just had cottage pie for the first time this autumn and it was delicious.
What are your favourite winter meals... And puddings...

i will add stuffed sausages with mash and greens

Cumberland pie usually has breadcrumb and cheese topping on top of the mash

Beef stew and herby dumplings

Fish finger pie ( I make my own fish fingers)

Pork lion in cider and cream casserole

Sausage, mash and onion gravy

Sticky toffee pudding
Apple pie with custard

Corned beef hash is another one of mine

Beef and Guinness stew with champ
Shepherd's Pie with roasted carrots
Squash and lime soup
Lentil and bacon soup
