Ikea meatball sauce recipe

Hello, does anyone have a recipe for this or could you advise me of the name of it so that I can Google it? Many thanks x

I use one I found on Pinterest. Search Swedish meatballs and gravy and it should come up.

It’s gravy with cream (and a bit of soy sauce) in it basically.

I’ve only ever bought it. It says to use cream but you can use milk and that’s fine.
