Thai green curry in a slow cooker?

Just treated myself to (another) slow cooker....going to make it work for me this time! Got all the gear for a Thai green chicken curry tonight, but will the coconut milk be ok in the slow cooker? Will it separate?

I know it's a bit late but the coconut milk will be fine. Chicken, coconut milk and Thai green curry paste, is one of my slow cooker favourites and probably the easiest!

Yes too late, but thanks! I’ll try it next time!

I found out, to my cost Sad, that coconut milk can separate with disastrous results over the long cooking times in a slow cooker, a lot depends on the brand of coconut milk. There is a page on slow cooking Thai curry over at the My Thai Curry website, best pastes I have ever tasted too.
