Cauliflower and stilton soup

and am now back at my laptop giving out contented little cheesey cauliflowery burps. This was a real departure from my usual carrot/lentil/butternut recipes and absolutely gorgeous. Give it a try!

It's my favourite kind of soup to make these days. Ooh, just remembered: we had it with brown rice recently, and it was stunning! Creamy, sloppy (in the best way), so tasty!
