Lots of milk finger food

I have pints of spare milk, i have been asked to make nibbles for a school do.
I can't think of any finger food that uses loads of milk can any of you lot?

Mini quiches? I make mine with milk instead of cream sometimes.

I can only think of blinis or mini yorkshire puds.
I would just freeze the milk!

The milk is in glass bottles, i keep forgetting to write a note to the milkman.

But I like mini quiches, or even egg custards.

Custard slices
Fritters
Little yoghurts in plastic shot glasses
Pancakes

Baked oat bars?
