Huge amount of tzatziki to use!

I have ended up with a massive box and a half of tzatziki long story!

Apart from just using it as a dip, has anyone got any recipes or other ways to use it?

I need your help MN!

TBH, I'd just eat it.

It goes really nicely with fried halloumi, or you could serve it with a curry instead of raita. Also lovely on a veggie pitta souvlaki - chips, feta and salad in a pitta bread.

Ooh yes souvlaki.

Potato salad? In fajitas? On pasta with veg? I often do pasta with crème fraîche so it’d be a bit like that I guess.

I'd slather it on veg souvlaki too, use as a dip for potato wedges and falafel etc, but you might need to give some away.
