Can I preserve them in any way?
Or is their a magical recipe for something delicious and tasty?

I have about 5kg of them.

Are they freshly - picked beans? If so, you could dry them? You'd need to soak them really well and boil properly before eating however.

They are freshly picked.
Drying looks the best bet then it looks like I should pod them and put them in kilner jars.
So to use do I soak them in water then add to stews or could I just bung a handful in on a long cook?

Can't you freeze them or send some to me?
