I MUST eat Lemon Cheesecake - help me find a no-bake recipe!!!!

Sorry ladies, I have suuuccchhh a craving for a really sour lemon cheesecake, but the only problem is I live in Luxembourg, so buying condensed milk is nigh impossible, can any of you help me find an idiot proof ultra basic lemon cheesecake recipe that DOESNT call for condensed milk (and hopefully not for gelatine either, as I dont have that at home...) I know there was/is a recipe out there which we all made when we were about 15 in Home Ec, and was just philly cheese, digestives and lemons - well I'm looking for that recipe now. Can anyone help me? I'm 4 months up the duff, and sooo need to eat cheesecake..now!!

if you can get evaporated milk, this one is dead easy as it's set using packet jelly.

or this one uses mascarpone

actually reading that final one you could probably get away with leaving out the cream altogether and just spreading the lemony cream cheese mixture over the base and chilling.

I just wanted to say THANKS sooo much for the recipes - I made the cheesecake yesterday, and am a BIT (but not very much!!) embarressed to say I ate the whole thing in one evening. DH was a tad annoyed to find it all gone, he quite reasonably assumed I'd share it..

lol luxmum - you've reminded me of how much I love lemon cheesecake too. Must dash out for the ingredients to make same this evening... BTW, ginger biscuits are delish as a base instead of digestives if you fancy a change
