Cadbury's Hot Chocolate Cappuccino Flavour?

Please can anyone help me locate this item? I tried it years ago and I’m not completely sure what it was called but it was definitely Cadbury and it was coffee flavour!

Cant remember that one but Im hooked on Options Choc Latte only comes in the sachets though. Just a thought if you can't find the Cadburys one.
