Easy tomato sauce with hidden veg recipe that I can freeze and use as a pizza sauce?

DS loves pizza so want to hide a few veg in the sauce. Be much easier to make a large batch, freeze small pots and then defrost in microwave when needed. ANyone have a good recipe?

For pasta I fry onions, mushrooms and courgette. Add tinned tomato, basil and garlic and stir cream in at the end. Then blitz with blender and serve with cheese on top.

Freezes great.

No idea how it'd be on pizza though...
