What's for lunch?

I really struggle with lunch ideas so just being nosey to see if I can get some inspiration

Cous cous with mixed mushrooms and garlic

Pile of chopped veg, meant for the DCs from the fridge. Slice of ham. Packet of monster munch. I can't be arsed today.

I had a plate of chips with mayo to dip I couldn't be bothered.
Usually I will have a chicken and avocado wrap or a ceaser salad or something like that

Lettuce wraps..
Fry some turkey or chicken breast in cumin and paprikam slice up and add to lettuce cups (romaine lettuce heads pulled apart), shredded carrot, cabbage and pepper.
I use a tahini and lemon dressing but sweet chilli is probs nice too.

Peppermint tea. Fasting today

Sorry not helpful. I should probably avoid reading threads about other people's lunches too...

Sausages and braised leeks/ courgettes with boiled potatoes, gravy and mint sauce (but only because I put mint sauce on everything!)

Cheese and veggie omelette with new potatoes and loads of mayo

Avocado and tomatoes on whole grain toast, with black pepper, salt and olive oil.

Chicken mayo sweet corn sandwiche, brown bread. And a tin of Tuscan bean soup. Usually have homemade soup but Tesco delivery not coming until later.

Corned beef and ketchup sarnie, hit the spot

Mexican spicy rice with some left over chicken & salad

Full of cleaning day today before I go back to work so just had a tin of Tuscan bean soup and slice of toast with cheese spread.
