I have the one which came with the machine but it's not brilliant.
Any suggestions?

Thanks

I gave up making it in my machine as they always come out too 'doughy'. Some people like it like that but I prefer thin crispy Ines.

1tsp easy yeast
1.5 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
450g bread flour
2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
280ml water.

It is lovely!

How many people does that serve CreamCracker?

Does it come out all soft and springy though?

The book says 1 large pizza but I get the dds one each (they shape them themselves) then a big baking tray rectangle full for DH and me.

I press it with floured hands till it is very thin that way it isn't doughy. You need a v hot oven too.

If I use 400g I can get one each for me and DH, one for DS and and for mil. I am a greedy bugger as well.
