Grapefruit recipes especially marmalade!

Does anyone have a tried and tested recipe for grapefruit marmalade, or any other ideas? I've just been given 2 sacks, and much as I love them I just can't eat that many in one go!! I've never made marmalade so I need something pretty basic. I am, however, an expert marmalade consumer so once it's made I am confident i could manage it.

I was also thinking about grapefruit drizzle cake? Anyone done it? Or anything else at all apart from just tearing them into pieces and eating them like some kind of fruitarian werewolf (all I've done so far)

This is my recipe for easy lemon marmalade. I assume if would work for grapefruit too.

Grapefruit drizzle cake is lovely, I just picked 2 recipes of Google and winged it using them as a guide.

I wish I'd have seen this a couple of weeks ago! I bought a bunch of loose oranges for marmalade but didn't realise that what I thought were oranges were actually very pale red grapefruits! I ended up giving them all away as I can't really have them.
