Banana Loaf?

TheNewMrs · 27/09/2017 09:45

Never made banana bread before but would like to try!

Does anyone have a fail safe recipe?

I have a couple of ripe bananas and a 1lb loaf tin, if that's any help Grin would like to incorporate some chocolate chips too ideally....

The Jamie Oliver one is brilliant. I turn it into muffins sometimes too

This one from Mary Berry is my favourite.

I use the [http://anotherfoodyblog.blogspot.co.uk/2010/03/hummingbird-bakery-banana-loaf.html Hummingbird Bakery]] recipe. Works every time (and I use gluten free flour too, so it's really fail-safe). I often stir in a few teaspoons of nutella in the top - drop them in, then swirl with a cocktail stick. Yum Smile.

You really can't go wrong with banana loaf, it's super easy (and delicious)
