Winter barbecue

Anyone got any ideas ?
Going on hols in Scotland in October .want to do an out doors barbie but want to try and make it a really special meal . It got an eating area under cover .
Any suggestions?
There will be four adults and five kids

Sweet potatoes, corn on the cob, chicken, sausages, chocolate bananas and marsh mellows afterwards

I think whole cuts of meat or fish make it a bit more special, maybe salmon or this beef fillet with horseradish

Corn on the cob wrapped in bacon.

Stuffed big chestnut mushroom.

Coca cola ribs

Honey glazed side salmon

Strawberry, brownie and marshmallow skewers with dipping chocolate sauce.

Butternut squash (slice in half lengthways and wrap in foil, place at the bottom like a spud)

Fillet steak in a spicy rub

Prawns in garlic butter
