Really easy batch cooking mel ideas

I'm due to give birth soon. Want to batch cook loads of meals in advance. I've got a slow cooker/ oven.

Can anyone recommend some really easy recipes that will freeze well?

Chilli
curries
lasagne
stews
ragu/Bolognese
sausage casseroles
meatballs
shepherds pie
beef/chicken stroganoff
salmon fillets
fish pie
