BBC good food do a great recipe for Chilli Con Carni (the one with a square of melting chocolate in the picture. It's really good with naan bread or rice. You can freeze it if you have too much and have ready made dinner for another day.

Indian keema. Lamb mince, peas, onions, cumin seeds, turmeric and other indian spices, tom puree and chillis. It is quite dry so i make lentil dhal to have with it. It really is yummy!
