Sturdy bakes for lunchboxes

What can I bake to go in a lunchbox that won't be reduced to crumbs by the inevitable jiggling on the walk to school? So far I've done flapjack (survived) and cupcakes (didn't).

It could do with looking relatively healthy as well - chocolate refrigerator cake I think would not be approved of. And nut free.

Any ideas would be gratefully received!!

Flapjack: Mary Berry has an amazing recipe for chocolate ginger flapjack, which is the first flapjack I've ever made which didn't have the sort of consistency that could be used as a weapon Grin

We do Nigella's flap jack recipe, banana loaf mix but into muffin cases, welsh cakes, short bread and scones (sweet or savoury)
