Hi everyone. Expecting 3rd DC in November and finish work for mat leave 3 weeks before my c-section date. I'm looking for some healthy and fairly easy recipes I can batch cook and freeze to make sure we have some quick healthy meals when baby arrives.

I will eat almost anything, although DH feels a meal is incomplete without some form of meat Grin
Would love to hear your recipes.
Thanks

I often make a huge batch of bolognese sauce - I make it from scratch with plenty of onion, celery and carrots. You can have it with pasta or in lasagne or on a jacket spud.

Shepherd's Pie filling - I don't add the topping. Again you could have that on a jacket spud if you don't feel like peeling and mashing.

Some sort of stew - add lots of veg.

Soups freeze well too.
