Riverford recipe boxes

has anyone tried these - the recipe boxes, where you get all the ingredients for a meal for 2?

have long been a fan of the veg boxes, and would like to try this now my fussiest child is leaving home.

Are they really as easy as they seem & are the quantities about right?

I haven't tried them but do get the veg boxes. Interested to hear the answers too!;;)

Really good! If anything I tend to have leftovers which I use over the next day or so for lunch or whatever. Never short on amount of food. Very tasty- better than my usual attempts at cooking!

They are marvellous, do give them a try. Restaurant quality and such generous portions. I love them! (Recent convert since July)

Thanks to both of you. I'm not the OP but am going to give these a try.

I love Riverford; been happy with my veg and meat from there for years.
