Recipes for fish

I've just had a delivery of it. Caught fresh yesterday too

I've got cod, which is simple enough. However, I've also got a mackerel, plaice and scallops (only 2 though )

I am new to this fish, I only get cod and salmon normally. I would really appreciate any recipes for them.

One of my favourites - the mango is delicious with fish. Probably best with the plaice.

Mackerel is lovely really fresh so I'd eat that first, it's lovely just BBQ-ed.

2 scallops...fry briefly with garlic and bacon and scoff with buttered Brad or toast.

You could make a red Thai Seafood curry, really adaptable for any fish you have.

Soused mackerel is lovely.
Plaice is good just pan fried.
Only two scallops - cook's perk, enjoy!
