Wilton 24 Cup Mini Muffin Tray - ideas?

I've been using the Wilton 24 Cup Mini Muffin Tray for a good few years now and have used it to make crustless mini quiches and mini muffins and I was wondering what else can I make with them?

I'd love to make sweet and savory pies for appetizers and desserts or just for those odd cravings for some chicken pie or something lol. But I was wondering if I could make pies or anything else with the mini muffin tin?

Oh and I came across this Mini Chicken and Broccoli Pot Pie recipe would the recipe for the 24 cup mini muffin tray?? 🤔

I make mini lemon meringues with mine, jam tarts, mince pies, apple pies and my fav is just popping a rolo into each little pastry case and baking for a little chocolate caramel bite

I'm open to buying one more muffin tray lol. I'm hoping a baker or an avid pie maker or anyone knows what kind of muffin tray I'd need to make the pies the same size as these pics? E.g. A jumbo muffin tray or 12 cup etc?
