We're having some family over next Sunday for lunch and I'm quite fancying tapas. Any good recipes or menu ideas? There are going to be 8 adults, all....erm....keen eaters(there will need to be a lot of food)! It's a get together before my neice and nephew return to uni (sob!)so I don't mind a bit of effort. Dneice particularly likes prawns so I'd like a dish with them in. Thanks!

Pardon peppers.... little green peppers, chuck in a frying pan with some oil, 5 minutes (keep turning so the blister a bit) turn them out and cover in cracked sea salt - yum
