Are there any supermarkets where you can buy offal from. I could only find liver but I am looking for heart, lungs, tripe etc

You probably will need to go to a proper butcher and even then lungs will be hard to get you might need to find a local slaughterhouse

I would definitely recommend you go to a butcher for things like that - and if you give them plenty of notice then they should be able to source everything you are looking for

Morrisons usually have hearts, kidneys and marrowbone, you need a butcher for the rest

Orangebird69 · 12/09/2017 11:17

Morrisons will sell most of that.

I will try morrissons first. Our butcher is rubbish, doesn't even do bones for soup.

Morrison's sell those too, and pork skin so you can make crackling without having a roast.

Tesco definitely sell hearts, kidney, livers of several kinds.
