Backwards meal Prep

I've got some broccoli to use up and can only face using it as broccoli cheese. But it's a side dish to something, what main meal would you serve with broccoli cheese?

Fillet steak
Toad in the hole

Baked gammon

Brocolli and stilton soup, served with hot gammo rolls

sausages

We're having broccoli with red peppers, sausage meatballs & pasta for dinner

I'd do cheesy broccoli pasta bake... yum!

I think Baked Gammon is the easiest.
I personally think broccoli is gross (don't tell anyone), which is why I have to smother it in cheese and why it needs using up. I wouldn't ruin pasta with it.

I'd put it in macaroni cheese. Whether you think macaroni cheese is a main or a side is another thread
