Hi, thought I'd ask about this and share what I do as Sunday is my "organise food for the week" day. So far I've made a chilli and a mince thing (tomato puree,onion,gravy and peas to have with mash and carrots) and will either make a sausage or a chicken casserole later. I tend to make three meals for the week in advance. What meals do you cook in advance? Just after some new ideas
