Left over ham recipes

Cooked the most delicious ham today and wondering if anyone had a nice recipe to use the remainder. Would have been scoffed today but ridiculously expensive!

I put some in a lasagne a few weeks ago. It was, amazingly, amazing.

Do a tomato/onion/garlic sauce with it chopped in, then stick some potato wedges and cheese on top

Champ? (Ham, mash potatoes, spring onions and cheese)

I think the leftover ham is the best bit!

I like it in a stirfry, or with egg and chips, in salad with blue cheese and spinach, red lentil and ham soup, frittata....

Make a cheese sauce, mix in ham and some sauteed mushrooms. Mix with bow pasta and bake in oven until golden. Serve with leafy salad.

Really lazy but just fried it up with homemade wedges, beans and oven roasted tomatoes. Was delicious.
