Can anyone recommend websites or books for batch cooking please? I need to prepare meals in advance for days when my health is not good. My DH & myself are vegetarian but my 2 DS's eat meat, but also vegetarian meals too. Thanks

If you google batch cooking and Mumsnet, you'll find loads of threads about batch cooking with lots of helpful recipes.

There's a specific section on the BBC Good Food website for that - www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/collection/batch-cooking

Pinterest- try "dump" meals ( I know it's awful but thats the American term for batch meals)

Thanks all, will look them up. Dump meals doesn't sound very appetising though, what a name! Grin
