Ready for new pans and really tempted to invest in some copper ones like the beauties I saw on holiday in Italy. I only really need a covered deep frying pan and a couple of saucepans. Does anyone have tips about caring for them and where I can get them mail order please? I have a gas hob.

m.souschef.co.uk/searchresult/?q=Copper I got one off souschef, it's very nice looking but I honestly don't think it was worth the money it scratches and bumps so easily, my cheap pans are just as good. To clean it I use a copper cleaner And dry well.

If they are tin lined cooking ones get the better quality ones with a thicker lining, the thinner lining may not last a lifetime the same way the better ones do. I love them!
