I'm trying to eat healthier and lose weight.

Is it worth switching to soya milk? What are the benefits?

Thanks

Its gross there are better ways to eat healthy and lose weight than changing to soya, just eat regular healthy meals with plenty of fresh fruit and veg and lots of water, and do some exercise, like a walk every day or something

I like soya milk and it counts as 1 of your 5 a day

Try different brands to find one you like - it is a very personal thing.

I don't personally like the taste of soya milk, but I guess that depends if you drink it or use it. You wouldn't be able to tell the difference if you are using it as a cooking ingredient (I can't) as opposed to cow's milk and my DS happily has soya on his cereal in the morning. (He will not drink it straight).

Also, as Frabby says, different brands taste different. I have heard, but not tried for myself, that M&S soya is nicer than some others.

I have been called a lot of things on here but that is a new one

(I think you must have been thinking how fabby I am )

I would advise trying a sweetened one first

Alpro sweetened is ok, the long life, not the chilled one, or Sojasun, or Sojade are my favourites

Sainy's own is also fine

Thanks for the advice, I'll give a few a try.
