I do a variation of lasagne, maybe I can't call it lasagne really!
Anyway instead of becemel sauce, I use creme fraiche and mozzarella cheese.
When I cooked and cooled it it looked delicious.
Today I've taken it out of the fridge and it looks like the creme fraiche has gone funny. It looks crumbly and even though I've reheated it, it just looks gross. 
Is it because I've cooked, cooled and reheated it?
Kids ate it
but I just can't stomach it.
Help!
