Hi MN! Just discovered the wonder of Greek yogurt in flat breads - what else do you use it for? So far I have

Flat bread
Mixed with fruit for pudding.

Need inspiration!

I use it in a basic cake recipe

I have rocket, walnut, apple salad with Greek yoghurt

My babies have chopped up fruit to dip in some

In a wrap with salad & sweet chilli chicken

on porridge oats mixed with berries for breakfast

in banana cake

in curry

SW baked oat muffins

DH makes a lovely tzatziki with it

Mix a small amount with lemon juice and it makes a fabulous face mask.

Make pancakes and top with Greek yog and berries.

Tzatziki

Mix with some mint sauce and lemon juice to serve alongside a curry or with falafel etc

Smoothies - tin of mango, pineapple or peaches plus Greek yog

Make aloo gobhi - fry onions, potatoes, cauli, garlic, ginger, green chilli and spices then add yoghurt and cook until veggies are tender.
