Just need some ideas about food I can make a few days in advance for the adults at this party. About 20 adults attending and so far have 2 quiches, smoked mackeral pate, dips, crisps, breadsticks, carrots etc. jacket potatoes/wedges, chicken wings/legs, salad! The thing is I have the builders moving in on the Tuesday after Easter (party on the Saturday) to gut the kitchen so need to make things in advance (a few days) as well as being in the process of starting my own business, and wondered if any of you wonderful advisors out there had any ideas how to bulk things up a bit.
My ds has allergies i.e. dairy egg and nut so have pretty much covered the kids food as this was more important, hence the veg sticks, potatoes, chicken etc. Just want a bit more "Ma Larkin" stuff for the adults which can be done very much in advance!
Please help from a very very stressed out Bernie who is also trying to quit the dreaded nicotine! - four days and not fairing well!
