Night in with girlfriends

I'm having a night in tomorrow with two of my girlfriends and I am cooking. Not got a clue what to make though! Fancy something different from the usual chilli, bolognase, curry etc. Any ideas are super appreciated!

Nachos or fajitas?

I'd also fall over myself for dips and crackers and a cheese board, but that's just me!

How about a proper salad nicois, with tuna steaks, baby potatoes, only just done eggs, green beans, leaves, homemade dressing. Maybe some homemade breadsticks. Summery and yummy.
