Chilli seasoning recipe please

I used to make a chilli using chilli seasoning that contained the following
Chilli powder/paprika
Bay
Cumin
Oregano

It then disappeared from the market. i'm now in France and such an exotic thing is unavailable.

Does anyone have a recipe?

Jamie Oliver has a chilli con carne recipe made with all those individual spices. I think it's called brisket chilli as he makes it with rolled brisket. I use the spices but make it with mince as my DC prefer the texture.

Recipe here. He uses whole chillies but I use hot chilli powder instead.
