Can anyone help me?

We are family of 6, and our meals are getting very samey.
I'm also not very adventurous in the kitchen but in a moment of madness I decided to get a meat pack delivered (which I've never done before)

So. This is what I have.

1kg sausages
6 x pork loin chops
8 x chicken mini fillets
10 x piri piri chicken legs
6 x Chinese chicken portions
Chicken stir fry
Pork ribs
8 x beefburgers

I suppose I need help with what to bloody do with it all.

Only dp and I for dinner tonight so stir fry for us.

What do I do with the rest please? And what should I freeze?

This seems really juvenile, but I have no confidence at all!

I'd freeze most of it as burgers and pre marinated portions can all be cooked straight from frozen in the oven (or defrost first if you have time) and then you can serve with chips/ salad

Sausages could be a sausage casserole - hairy bikers have a great recipe on BBC good food

Sausages,
Sausage casserole, spicy sausage and pasta bake, hot dogs in baguettes with stick balsamic red onions.
Pork chops
Grill and top with Stilton for the last few minutes
Chicken mini fillets
Marinate in lemon juice, a splash of olive oil, garlic and herbs then grill and add to salad, chop for use in a curry, cut into chunks and sprinkle with paprika before threading on skewers interspaced with peppers and courgettes and serve with flat breads and salad, use for fajhitas, or chop and use in a tagine, coat in Parmesan and breadcrumbs and bake.
Can't help with the ribs as don't cook them.
The rest I would freeze for a BBQ.

Maybe save some for a BBQ?
And could you maybe do a chicken pie one night? You just need a pie dish and ready to roll pastry once you've made a tasty filling.
With the burgers and sausages you could turn them into homemade meatballs?
Piri chicken you could do a homemade Nando's with rice and mash and salad?

Marinate and barbecue the ribs for a lunchtime

Chicken curry.

Friends and family barbecue with ribs, burgers, sausages, piri piri chicken and burgers.

The ribs definitely should be barbecued. Freeze them until you're ready to do a BBQ. After you've defrosted them, you should marinade them before barbecuing them, there are loads of recipes online if you google.

Sausages: sausage sandwiches, sausage & mash, toad in the hole, sausage casserole, cut them up and put them through a pasta sauce or a risotto, squeeze the meat out of the casings and make meatballs. Just google all the recipes.

Chicken mini fillets: google chicken breast recipes and you'll have tons of stuff. A few ideas off the top of my head: chicken caesar salad, chicken biriyani, chicken stir fry, fajitas, enchiladas, chicken parmigiana, chicken pilaf, breaded chicken...basically any recipes that call for chicken breast.

Pork chops: I usually just sprinkle them with salt, pepper and mixed herbs, then griddle or flash fry them. Quick, easy. Serve with the accompaniment of your choice.

The piri piri chicken portions can just be cooked in the oven. Depending on what cut of chicken it is (eg leg, thigh, breast, wing) just google cooking times and temperature.

Basically, google is your friend here!
