Ox Liver - Would this work in the slow cooker?

My DP has a pack lurking in the freezer and as i am not around later he can eat it tonight :)
Would it be ok in the slow cooker and if so does anyone have any recipes please?

It will be great in the slow cooker. I coat mine in flour, throw in with onions and mushrooms and cover with gravy. Cook all day then serve with new potatoes and veg. YUM!
