What to do with a lot of packet ham?

Went to Costco and overindulged, I have quite a lot of sliced (packet type) ham that needs to be used. Other than just lumping it on a plate with wedges and salad, is there anything else I can do with it?

I know I could make omelettes and chop a bit into that, but I need something that will use up a lot over the next two days, not just a couple of slices in an omelette or toastie/sandwich.

TIA :)

Freeze it.

I freeze it in sections, then use in omelettes etc.

Chicken, and leek pie

Freeze it in greaseproof

Ah, didn't know you could freeze it! It's in two seperate packs so we could eat one with wedges and salad and use the rest for sandwiches etc tomorrow and freeze the either - either whole pack or split into bags - excellent thanks you.

You're welcome :)

You could also add to pasta sauce.

It's yum layered in a creamy potato bake, a bit like a French tartiflette. We often use up leftover ham from a roast joint this way.
