Duck breast

What to do with 2 duck breasts. Can't be fruit related as dp can't abide fruit.

Score the skin, roast briefly, serve with a wholegrain mustard/cream sauce and some Greek style roast potatoes.

I used to make a really nice chocolate sauce to go with seared duck breasts. There's loads of savoury chocolate sauce recipes online. Mine involved simmering red wine, orange juice, bit of good stock with a bouquet garni and a finely diced shallot sweated in butter then whisking in a couple of squares of 80%+ chocolate once the wine mixture had reduced.

Duck is fantastic with Chinese 5 spice, marinade for a few hours, score the skin and pan fry, then serve with Asian broth and noodles, yum!
