Recipes for Freezing

Due to health issues I need to batch cook recipes on days when I have help and feel able to cook.

My DH and myself are pescitarian (tuna, salmon, whitefish in small quantities) but mostly vegetarian, my 2 DS's eat small quantities of meat. They are both picky eaters even though they are 18 & 21.

How can I tell if a recipe is suitable for freezing? Is there any thing that I should not freeze?

Can anyone recommend a recipe, website or book on freezer/batch cooking please?

I'm not really sure on the rules as such but I regularly make and freeze veggie cottage pies, chillies, currys, tagines, fish pie and fish cakes. To be honest most things that are a bit saucy, moist seem ok.

I just made a curry sauce from the Eat Shop Save recipes and had some left, so have frozen it, but only youngest son ate it.

At least would you be able to share the fish cake recipe? thanks
