Any ideas how to hide fish oil supplement in ds's diet?

I would like my ds to take fish oil on a daily basis but this is proving impossible as he spits it out as soon as it goes into his mouth! It must be the texture because it comes in tutti fruitti flavour and smells fine. Any ideas how I can get him to take it without knowing. Have tried it in his breakfast but it just got tipped over the floor! Thanks.

You can get milk specifically with it in, so that way he won't even know he's having it.

oh and bread and eggs

hmmm.... how about serving oily fish twice a week? This will give him all the fish oil he needs, provided he likes it of course!

My friend puts it in chocolate cakes and chocolate icing. Her children and my children wolf them down!!!

Furball - how much is in a serving of milk? just out of curiosity...

climbing rosie - absolutely no idea

Thanks for your replies. We tend to eat more white fish than oily fish but could try to increase the salmon etc. I just wanted ds to get some fish oil every day. I will have a look for the bread when I'm out today and the chocolate cake sounds like a great idea - especially for me!!!

if its omega 3 you want its in evening primrose too - try putting it in banana milkshake

Are'nt there some pastilles with omega oils in? Don't know as we don't use it.

Eye Q smooth sachets are good, try mixed in yogurt but my DS will take them neat now.
