Leftover pulled pork

I've been busy reading previous threads on what to do with my leftovers, but I'd like to ask a specific question.

I'm looking to make more of a meal rather than sandwiches with it, how would I go about reheating it so it doesn't end up really dry? I'm currently thinking of making up some onion gravy and adding that to it then oven?

I heat mine on the hob in the cooing liquid but any gravy type thing would work.

The onion gravy thing would work. Could also add a splash of red wine.
Leftover pulled pork is really nice on nachos btw.

I turn it into a ragu type thing and have it over pasta, or drizzle it in honey and stir fry it with stir fry veg and noodles.

barbecue sauce, with sliced onions, peppers and mushrooms, served over rice with corn on the cob.

Ooh didn't think of putting it on pasta Smile

Many thanks, it's a bit of a low budget week this week so I'm trying to use up what's in the cupboards.
