Finally finished up for maternity leave, decided to do a lovely beef stew since it feels like winter
Stew mix sauce says slow cooker medium heat for 8 hours.
I've got 450 g of beef stew, potatoes, swede, onion carrots and mushrooms in the pot now bubbling away but on low. My slow cooker only has low or high. Stuck it on at 10 hoping to eat at 7. Do you think it will be ok or should I turn it up high towards the end. Am I being daft? Feel like I can't think straight!!
