Homemade pizza with ham, mushrooms and mozzarella, with a rocket salad (tonight)

Roast chicken dinner (my mum is cooking it so even better!)

Stuffed peppers with tuna, rice, onion, tomato and mozzarella, with rocket salad

Chicken burgers in brioche buns with lettuce + cheese, spicy seat potato wedges and corn on the cob

Beef in black bean sauce, noodles and stir-fried vegetables

Depending on weather on the day, either sausage and bean casserole, sweet potato mash and great beans or rigatoni pasta with sausage ragu

Honey and mustard chicken, green beans, and rice or some kind of potato

Chicken in a lemon butter sauce, garlic potatoes and salad or veg

Sweet potato, chickpea, spinach curry with chippatis, plus pakoras, onion bhaji, samosas with mango chutney

Beef or pork curry of some kind (need to look in recipe book for inspiration!) With rice.
